Biola Fagbemi, popularly known as Bie, is a Kaduna based artiste femcee who has been on the gospel music scene for a couple of years now, on stage as well as in the studio. Had her first single ‘I’m Free’ released in 2010 and in 2013, headed a 7-girl cypher which featured femcees like Blazee, Vee, Lady P, Zino P, JCB and Jin’splash.
She has featured on a 12man cypher (and was the only femcee on it) hosted by Aimcrew which had the likes of: Kronyk, OJ Whyt, Veekthur (founder of churchboiz.com), Dip-Ace and others.
She has also been featured on other projects like: the MIC105 project hosted by Bobai along side female rapper zino p, the Renegades movement/cypher hosted by Dben featuring the likes of Nomad, B.K, Azee Ashoms and Paul Lulu.
Award winning artiste, Bie, has also been a judge at a teens talent hunt held in Kaduna, organised by Living Faith Church.
In early 2015, she released another single “Stay Saved” which won her the award for Best Female Rapper later that year. The award was given by Star Youth Ministry.
Though Bie has been off the scene for sometime now, she is currently working on a ‘come-back’ project which promises to be super awesome (so anticipate). Details of the project will be announced later in the year.
ABOUT THE SONG
The Come Back song is a song off a future project, Nigerian gospel femcee, Bie, intends to release later. This song, just as its title, is the award winning artiste’s ‘come back’ to the music scene after been away for a while both on stage and in the studio. The Menxee-produced jam is of the contemporary Naija Afro style that will get you up and dancing and definitely put on replay. Bie also did justice to the verses and the chorus is simply addictive.
