I have lot of thoughts about so many things…
I think it’s totally unfair when good people hurt. This is because I’m a pretty emotional person and if my friend happens to be hurting, I’m always affected in a way.
Why do heartbreaks hurt so much? I would rather get beaten because then I can get over it, but heartbreaks linger for a long time. Mind you, when I talk about heart break I am not necessarily referring to an intimate relationship, because that’s the picture a lot of us have.
A heartbreak could entail getting betrayed by a loved one,friend, family member etc.
How does one then get over it? Personally, I have found that spoken and written words have always been helpful.
You see, it’s okay to feel down, but it’s totally not okay to remain down. It gradually rubs off on the people around you. But how can we dodge these pains? If only we were equipped with some form of foresight that enable us see the ugly bull galloping towards us from a mile away and block it with our super powers, but it simply doesn’t work that way.
Indeed, HEARTBREAKS ARE SETBACKS. They keep you static. They keep you constantly wondering. They even make you paranoid. They turn you into a stalker like literally (social media stalking, even physical stalking). Heartbreaks create guilt and pushes people away.
There’s just so much negativity that surrounds a heartbreak but if you can overcome it, it’s such a great feeling.
The key lies in your mind, your mind needs to be renewed to get quick recovery.
You need to fall in love with yourself all over again. Appreciate the good things about life. Go out, try out new things.
